Prevent users in shared servers from showing in activity feed

I'm subscribed to a 'few' servers. Pro tip: I'm not friends with most of them, and dont care about what 99.98% of them are doing. 

What I do however care about are my friends on my friends list and what they're up to. Or at the very minimum, people I've actually DM'd I 'may' be interested in, but if not it would at least be manageable to ignore VS the 2000+ people across various servers. 

Seriously, I dont even know who these people are. 

At the very minimum, we should be able to turn off activity from people not on your friends list. Ideally, we should be able to define whether or not we wish to include a particular server on a per server basis.
