All emojis used in Max boosted servers

When the server is boosted to it's max. I think members in there should be able to use other emojis from other servers they are in. To make it more fun, we can also set a specific role that will be able to use the emojis from other servers.

    In my opinion this should stay as a nitro-only perk because It is definitely the most used perk.

    I say this is good because people with nitro are boosting the server with more emojis, right? What if at a Tier 4 / 5, We give them All emojis on That server only.
