Separate server settings for making & granting roles

I have a small recommendation that for server admins you make a setting for granting roles/ranks and a setting for making new roles. Because I find my self having more trust in the higher ranking admins in my channels making new roles rather than giving it to all of the admins but they still need to be able to assign new roles for people. Thank you for the consideration.

    You need to Trust us all  more..  We are not going to go crazy doing things Without asking first  but it would be nice to know that we are all  trusted or allowed to do a bit  extra without  permission or worrying if were going to get told over something  Best way is  give  some guideline :)
