Changes to disconnect

The disconnect function should be its own separate toggleable permission in the roles system, rather than being given to anyone whom has the "Move Members" permission. Whenever a person with the role, right clicks and disconnects a user from the server it should also log that inside the audit log, as currently this does not happen. Small changes like this make sever management easier.

  Yes, I agree.
  I don't like how a lot of stuff is not logged in the Audit Logs and they don't log all the new functions they add there.
