Two Separate Branches For Servers

Making changes in a discord server happens real-time for all users but wouldn't it be nice if us server owners could make a seperate branch where we can map out a server's channels and such as send it live all at once instead of going through the hassle we have to go through now.

    Basically, but instead of an announcment it is a host of changes to the server.
