Making a setting in roles to prevent a role from @mentioning anyone.

Hey there, so I'm an admin in a discord server and there is this one user who always mentions people for the most random reasons, but he doesn't mention roles. I'd like for there to be an option to prevent certain roles from mentioning anyone at all, not just roles. This hasn't been mentioned before so it is not a dupe. Thank you.

  you can just mute the user or kick them.
