please allow #0000 as usable tag.

    There are already many people with nitro who have a 0001 tag, I don't think we need an other supercool and special tag. 0000 would just loose its purpose if it became usable, so please no.

    I disagree, #0000 is specifically for Deleted Users, and that can cause confusion for some.

    #0000 is reserved for internal use such as deleted users and webhooks.
