Channel History and @s

Couldn't find this, so figured I'd make one; make an option so that if @everyone can't see Channel History on a channel, they can still see any messages that have @ them. (For example, @FakeAcount#0001 can't see the history of #fakechannel, but if I ping them, they can only see the message I pinged). It could be toggled on or off with people with the manage channel option.
