Better folder management

I've got a few issues with the current folder management. For one, folders will continue to exist with only one server within them, two, it's too easy to accidentally make a folder when organizing your server list, and 3, the menu on mobile that you'd get when pressing and holding a server icon is now gone with the new desktop styled server sorting. 1: When you drag servers up and down your server list now, it can make folders when you drag one icon over another. If you drag the second icon back out, the folder will still exist, despite there only being one server inside. Most modern apps prevent this unless it's a file management system, of which Discord is not. 2: When you drag a server over another server, no matter where you drop it, it'll make a server. I think there should be a deadzone on the top and bottom 25% of a server icon where it won't make a folder if you release your mouse (or your finger) in that zone. 3: I think the old system of holding down a server icon should bring up the prompt again for the server settings, notification settings, changing your nickname in the server, and the like. It was the equivalent of right clicking on the server icon on PC, and it was very helpful. To have that be completely removed adds some extra steps as well as more time taken navigating menus. You could implement some way to keep it functioning as server sorting, or you could add back the old Sort button, I wouldn't mind either way. Heck, maybe keep both and have an option to toggle it.
