Improve visual clarity for server folders

I'm really appreciating the new server folders, but I feel there's a lot of small visual points of confusion, that add up to make the feature not as nice to use as it could be.

It's confusing looking at multiple open folders because It's hard to tell where one folder starts and one ends. This is mostly because of how light the border of each folder is.
Add separators between the folders or make the folder boarder stand out more.

Allot of the folder colors are unrecognizable when the folder is closed. Colors like red just look like grey. Please boost some of the colors so they're a bit more visible.

The 'close folder' icon being a closed folder is also slightly confusing.
Looking at it from a glance makes me think it's a closed folder that's able to be opened.
I'd suggest just using an X as an icon to keep things simplistic and straight to the point.
