Role that disables individual pings to its members

Imagine you're a mod in a server with Ninja, Dr. Disrespect, DansGaming, and a gazillion of their fans.  You give the streamers a new special role "Big Streamers".  Now people can't do @Ninja , so he doesn't have to turn off his notifications and can actually chat more.  Also make it customizable so that admin / mod roles can get a permission override to do @Ninja.

The existing features do not work for this purpose - you can disable @Big Streamers for each other role, but this does not disable @Ninja .

    This could also be done in the notification settings menu instead of a role, that way someone couldn't stop a user in a server from receiving @ mentions without the user not being able to know/control it
