QoL Change - Highlight or add timestamps to identify pings.

When you're in multiple servers, it becomes hard to tell where the most recent ping came from.  It'd be nice to be able to distinguish if it was @everyone, @role, or @user, or when the ping occured.  It would make it easier for people like me that don't have to sift through 20+ servers looking for the notif.
