Folder batch action for all servers

My suggestion is to add all server settings to the folder options as well. What they will do, however, is instead of applying to 1 server, when selected on a folder they will apply to all servers in that folder.

This will allow people to mute entire folders, change notification settings and privacy settings. I believe "Change nickname" should be excluded as this could be abused.

I believe this will be extremely useful. Having just "Mark folder as read" seems just like a scratch on the surface.
