"This account has been disabled. Please check your e-mail." I have not received email regarding why and I didn't do anything that could warrant a disable, did I got hacked ?

    a) Why do I need to appeal to the Trust and Safety team ? are they the ones who responsible for disabled accounts?

    b) might I ask who are you? just as a context to your answer. Are you part of the discord feedback team? or just a member of the forums / a user of discord?

    c) if I already submitted a ticket and didn't get any response, nor did I get any mail even an automatic one regarding the disabling of my account ... how are the steps you are offering me here are going to help? I am looking for a more direct way of connecting to the discord support team - if possible a live chat/phone or other more direct approaches.

    the questions are meant to clarify the situation - I do appreciate your help and your response.
