A "Managed Account" system

During this Pandemic, Schools will be teaching from home in the 2020 to 2021 year. I was thinking that a School or group can apply for an "Educator" account, that can create "Student" accounts that can be monitored by the Educator user.

This would mean the Student account would need to be Authorized to join servers, and cannot create servers at all. 

This feature would be VERY helpful, because teachers could just setup roles so they can stream into a server voice chat, while students are required to use push to talk.

I think this is something that would help discord and schools a lot!

  This would also be useful for esports teams that have young students. I want my students to use Discord to communicate during matches and practices, but I want it to be a controlled environment without the distraction/risk of unsupervised servers.
