I logged out of the account with the second authentication on.

Mellifluous.
I logged out of my account when the second authentication was on. And I accidentally uninstalled the authentication app. I can't log in again without the verification code from the application. I can't add code to the second authentication app. What should I do?

    AFAIK the only thing you can do is request for the account to be deleted and make a new one.
