Supporting Arabic language on Server Insights page

Hello Discord,

While I was wandering around my server insights, I noticed something wrong out there.
In my server's Welcome screen, the text is in Arabic, but when I went to the welcome screen insights it showed me question marks instead of Arabic letters...
I hope you fix it soon, because I love discord and I want it to be the best.
