My account has been disabled

The 25/08/2020 my account got disabled, I tried contactic discord but i only got response from their bots, all the messages i got from them were the same, I never received a "valid" answer or from a discord employee and they never told me what i did exactly, Im not saying that i didnt do anything because i have done many things, I told them to please unban my account, that i will not repeat my mistake but the answers were the same, a day later my friends told me that they got disabled too, so I think it was because of some server we were in or idk. Well, what i want to know is why did we got disabled, for how long, and when are we going to get our account back or at least mine because i have a server which is very important to me and i dont wanna lose it.

I hope i can get the answer as soon as posible and my account back, my disabled account is DetergentAce78#5120. The one im using now is another
