account disabled by anti-spam countermeasures

After some issues in a group DM I proposed everyone to join my server instead of abandoning it. They agreed and I posted the invite to my server in the group DM. Four of them joined at once and almost immediately after my account was disabled, so I assumed I triggered the anti spam countermeasure by accident. I already reached out to discord but I have the constant anxiety of my message being looked over or being unable to appeal. My message ticket is (8719828) Has anyone had this same problem and have they successfully appealed it?

    I have the same situation my work depends on my account and there has been no single reply from discord I'm feeling so bad about this I didn't break any TOS this is my alternate account but my main account has all kinds of work stuff I have many projects are halted because I couldn't contact my team

    I have a lot of good friends I look up to and looks up to me on my main account that i'll lose forever if discord doesn't respond to my emails. It sucks really

    It does say they're experiencing increased volumes. Honestly if it weren't for the fact that my account could get deleted after 14 days I would be really patient.

    I have the same problem (same message) and I have appealed immediately after my main acc was disabled yesterday. I haven't received an answer yet (besides the confirmation of the message ticket). I am relieved, because now that I see this post it might be related to some 'anti-spam countermeasures' disfunction caused by a broken update.

    emailing them won't help anyway, just emailed them and all they answered was that my account was disabled for violating the TOS and just said the same thing they emailed me at the start. no specific details or anything

    Hey lightniingblood,

    Sadly, Discord cannot provide more information regarding bans, as that would take time & could reveal the user who reported you. If they denied your appeal, they have decided that your ban is legitimate, nothing you can do about it.

    Same thing happened to me and they didn't reply i really wished, they fixed this flaw.Like why is Anti-Spam Countermeasures a disable i just want to get undisabled and my account is murdergoon#2007 i had nitro for a year and 2 months wasted...
