Let discord server moderators choose if users ban spread through their IP, Account or both

I have recently encountered an issue with one server user that got unfortunately banned from my server, most likely since other user that i have banned turned out to be neighbours, still not sure about that. For now i have unbanned both and i am waiting for the first user to get online and see if they can join now bringing the idea of moderators being able to choose how they want a ban to spread: IP, Account or both. Yeah or meh?
