Being able to scroll while pulling someone

So my server has a bunch of channels and when I (an admin) try to pull someone from a voice channel to another (and the voice channel needs to scroll down before accessing the other voice channel) is kinda hard.
So pls make it so that when you're pulling someone from a voice channel you can scroll using the mouse scrollwheel for the voice channel list to make it so much more convenient rather than waiting for the autoscroll.
