Feature suggestion to server management: Specific role can add only permitted roles.

Hi! I'm here to give you guys a little (and awesome!) suggestion.

Well, as in the title, is something like this:

Imagine a role that can "manage roles" but, only permitted roles.
A role that can add roles for other users, but it can manage just the "allowed roles" for that role.

For make it more simple, it's like: 

A it's the role that can "manage roles"
Actually, he can't manage any role. But now, i allow role "A" to manage role "B".
So, "A" can "manage roles", but only "B", because it needs my permission.
I hope you guys understood. Sorry for any english mistakes (i'm studying english)

    On another post (about role category folders), I talked about how roles should be spreadsheet organized to allow some roles to be equal to each other while below others, spreading 'roots' downward from multiple points.

    This would fit right in with that, ensuring that some roles can manage only certain other roles, not everything below them on the single-line hierarchy.

    Very nice idea! I never thought about folders for roles. Role folders and roles with restricted role management will be amazing on discord. Hope discord team see this post soon.
