Suggesting adding a Changeable Headder

Hello, 

I was wondering if there would be a way to actually add a Header like an Embedded message to be pinned to top of the discord channel where the chat would flow under it while not loosing that to a long scroll. 

Such a welcome introduction page where a bot sends the welcome message there and there is a Header with a way to select the diffrent roles they plan on joining such as gamer, streamer ect.
