My accounts got deactivated for NO reasons + discord dosen't respond to my tickets

A couples days ago both of my accounts got deactivated, for spam but its make no sense on my first account that i got for 3 years (!【𝓢𝓸𝓹𝓱𝓲𝓮 🐝】!#3802) got deactivated for spamming or botting i spammed no one this last week (even if i spammed its was in a groupe with friends im totally sure about that) and my 2nd account got deactivated for spamming too or "botting" but i got it since 3 days i joined 5 servers and i have like 6 friends so yeah, i'm making this last post to get my accounts recovered.

    Mine also got banned for spamming. I tried contacting them and have not gotten an response yet. Im 100% convinced discord made a mistake. This is my alt i am on and my only alt and this is not banned? I dont know how many got affected with it today and I hope theres people complaining like I am.
