Discord not Responding to Emails Properly
I have been trying to get in contact with someone who is actually willing to respond and help me out with a little situation. My friend's account was hacked and then disabled for bullying within the community which goes against their guidelines. We have emailed support several times on many occasions now through a general ticket, appeal tickets and hacked accounts tickets. I have even tried submitting tickets through my account and sending an email directly to abuse@discordapp.com as others have recommended. We are still continuing to get the same exact message from Clyde bot saying that the tickets will basically not even be looked into because the account is disabled. What is the point in having an option to appeal an action taken on an account if the appeal will not be looked into? I think it is just unfair that the account was taken away without any consideration or further explanations. Has anyone else dealt with a similar issue? What other ways can we possibly contact Discord for help on this matter? I am trying to stay calm, but this is rather irritating and I would really love to speak with an actual support member on this issue, but I can't get through to one. I also know that I am now on a 14 day time limit.

Exactly! I keep getting this response.
Hi Ax3ra,
I'm genuinely sorry to hear about your current situation, however, we generally do not interfere with individual server management, and we can currently only assist with server ownership transfers if your server is a public server that has more than 100 members in it, and the server owner hasn't accessed their account for at least a month. Please note if the prior owner was banned, this could also result in the denial of a transfer.
Sadly, it appears that the server has only 2 members so we won't be able to transfer ownership, and your best option would be:
1. To recreate a new server and create and share an invite link so that everyone active in the old server can use that link to join the new server.
2. To recruit more members until you reach the 100-member criteria and you can request for an ownership transfer request again.
I'm sorry once again for all the hassle and inconvenience, but please let me know if you have any other Discord-related questions. For one, no user was banned. Second, take a look at this. Clearly shows that there's over 100 members. So yes discord does not respond to their emails properly. It's more like a copy pasta service then an actual support team.

Yeah and I don't mean to be rude. I just think it would also be more professional to speak to actual human beings than be recited the same script over and over again. I get that they receive multiple tickets a day, but certain cases shouldn't be taken lightly.

This also happened to me. My account was disabled and scheduled for deletion. I had 30 days to recover it. To this day, discord still hasn’t replied to any of my emails and requests. My account was deleted and this makes me so mad.

This is now happening to me aswell, I recently got hacked and someone is literally spending hundreds of dollars from within my account and they changed my email, password. But discord wont even respond to my email so I can at least remove my billing information off my account.

I sent them an email. and everytime its "We just wanted to confirm that we have received your inquiry (17132415). You put time and effort into contacting us, so our Support Team will make sure we give your inquiry the attention it deserves, Cheers, The Discord Team." I doubt its actually real. and its making me so mad

This is actually really annoying and quite frankly taking the piss I must say. My account was disabled for beaking ToS rules that supposedly I am "underage".. Discord is a platform where you can report anyone just because you simply dislike them and you get instantly banned. I have verified myself and my age to Discord and their emails are slower than a nose bleed; I could potentially travel half the globe before they decide to actually respond without a BOT... I have even emailed the refund team and they have done nothing but ignore my emails, not to also mention Discord is no way a place to be sharing personal and sensitive data and the data is just hanging around within their emails and to be ignored and waiting nervously for your stuff to be unbanned whilst already feeling uncomfortable sharing your data they still find the time to take the piss out of you and respond every other year metaphorically speaking.
Legally speaking; Discord has no legal way to check the real age of a user, they are not a banking company so they cannot ask for someone’s ID so therefore I do not understand why they find the time to taking ages and making it a big deal. Whilst a person like me who is not underage and getting banned there are actual people out on the platform who are underage and shouldn't be on this platform. Neither can you legally prove that a user has broken the TOS by being under the age of 13. Especially when the user is NOT under the age of 13.
Discord up your shit man I ain't taking it I was fair and sqaure and nice in the beginning but you're taking the fat piss whilst also taking my god damn money...SCAMMERS!
