Discord account disabled but almost no communication from discord
My account Miko#8484 has been disabled for a whole day now, I've made MULTIPLE tickets and yet I've only ever gotten one response asking for additional information that I gave after, but after this I have gotten no communication for 16 hours. This is due to a chargeback request I started on PayPal.
This started because I had unauthorized transactions being made on my account without my notice. There had been multiple $99.99 and $9.99 payments made for Nitro gifts! I panicked and went straight to PayPal thinking that they will get it resolved quickly and without issue. No, Discord locks my account and before I got booted off the account I saw the payments were "Reversed" but I didn't get my money back.
I think I could've gotten Malware on my PC or even clicked on one or multiple malicious links. I do weekly check ups on my PC for malware or anything else that is wrong, but I didn't do so on Wednesday September 2nd.
As I've said already, I've sent in multiple tickets (most likely not the wisest decision) and have only gotten one response that hasn't provided me with any information back. This is money that I require for living expenses, and I don't want to lose either my money or my account. The PayPal dispute has been dropped, so there should not be anymore ToS violation going on.

This probably isn't the best place to complain, You should put all your information in one clean ticket, Note that accounts data dont get deleted until 14 days after it, so you still have 13 left.

I did that this morning, the only problem is that I can only see any replies from them in my email as I cannot access my tickets on the site because the account is disabled. I've given the information that was previously asked of me, so I guess now is just the waiting period for them to respond.
