Gamma Roles
Reddit Link! (It's the same thing, though)
So you know that color in the role selection labelled "Default"? the one that doesn't override other role colors?
Well what if that is expanded upon? Imagine the "Default" setting changed to "Gamma".
This setting would change the color of the next available role, but only by how dark it is.
here's an example if you don't understand what I'm talking about.
It would also go the other way with lighter colors, and look something like the current color selector in its slide idea.
The main reason why I think this is a good idea is because of a server I recently created. the main roles someone can have are based on the colors from the game Among Us (red, orange, yellow.. basically the rainbow plus white, black, brown, and grey), and I'm trying to make a bot with a role system that would only give them lighter/darker versions of their colored roles. Problem is, I have to duplicate at least 3 versions of each color, which is time consuming, annoying, very hard to code, and overall a pain for the moderators.
Instead, being able to create 4 roles with different levels of gamma would make my job so much easier, and overall add a very nice thing to the server creator's arsenal
