Date of birth and a glitch

While entering an NSFW channel asked me my date of birth. After inputting it, Discord asked me my date of birth again. After doing it the second time, Discord asked me for it a third time. Then it said that my account would be blocked and deleted in 30 days. Is it gonna be deleted? Will i be able to use the same email for another account? Is my account ok? I recieved no notification or e-mail regarding this, and i'm worried. Please take a moment to reply and help me.
