Account disabled for seemingly no reason, please help
About a month ago, I bought nitro for the first time. About 2 weeks later (2 weeks ago), I was logged out of my account for seemingly no reason while I was in a voice chat. I tried to log back in and was told that my account had been disabled and to check my email. I received the following message:

It was at this point that I realized that I was only receiving replies from bots; theonly difference between the first and second email from them was that the first said 14 days, and the second said 14-30 days. I sent a server transfer request:
So I made copies of my three servers using a bot called Xenon since I wasn't allowed to make a server template. Then I sent another ticket:
After that, I tried making a ticket under a different category:
And I still got the exact same response:
I made a ticket to try and get my nitro refunded:

I then sent a request to transfer my server boosts from the old server to the new one, which I don't have a screenshot of because they never replied (they put what I say in the tickets in the email, which is how I've been screenshotting them. After not receiving any replies for days, I decided to just give up. A few days later (about an hour ago), my alt account got disabled, but I don't have access to the email because I originally created it with a throwaway email I don't know the password to. I mostly used it to make sure permissions in my server were working properly. Anyways, I then made a new account with a throwaway email that I know the password to this time, which is what I'm using to create this post. I know I'm not supposed to use these forums for stuff related to my account, but at this point I have no choice. I've tried everything; I even tried making a post on r/discordapp, but I had to wait for it to be approved for a few days, at which point they didn't even let me post it. So I have literally nowhere else to go (that I know of). Please help me get my account back, or at least find out why it was taken away. Thanks in advance!

They fr did the same thing to me. I got gifted nitro and then a couple weeks later my account is disabled. I think discord is broken or something. The only difference is that I got a response that wasn’t from a bot, saying that my account was deleted for Harrasment, even though they didint show proof.Discord is glitchy I guess :/

Something similar happened to my boyfriend. He was hacked by an old friend and Discord isn't even willing to forward the appeals to an actual person and instead they go to Clyde bot. What's the point in having the appeal option if they aren't going to even review them? It's very frustrating and now the account with all of our memories and his old friends are gone. Super upsetting too.

use a different email to contact them and then mention your main account's email address so instead of an automatic respond they actually get to see your account

yeah happened to me twice in only a 23 day span. The first time I got disabled was "for gore" and the second time was "harrasment" like what the hell

I wondered why if your account got disabled and asking for an appeal (via email), you always get that Clyde bot replies, whenever you ask the Discord staff to get your account back. While for another type of ticket (account deletion request, transfer ownership request, etc.), you get replies from an actual (human) staff. A Discord bot dev on Quora who said, if you get a reply from the Clyde bot, says that they won't reinstate your account, it means the staff has investigated your violation and your violation is legit. It looks like you've violated their ToS or Community Guidelines, even though you claim you haven't done them.

It might seem one-sided as to why Discord staff's banning decisions are final even though the user claims to be hacked.
