Add "Spoiler channels"

A spoiler channel will be like a nsfw channel, with a prevention message before access to the channel

  Maybe instead make a spoiler role, and make a locked channel for that role

  Yes, but for a big community that's difficult to make understanding all members

  And that's the same for nsfw, you can just create a nsfw role and it's good

  Now, a big part of french big servers who I am use the nsfw channels to make spoiler channels

  (sorry for potential syntactical/orthographic errors, I'm too bad in english)
