Organize role suggestion

Hello,

I hate having an unorganized, not clean profile with a lot of roles so I thought of adding a line between sections of roles, which you can obviously re-name and move yourself to make everything look clean. The server owner and admins would be able to enable/disable this and configure it to their satisfaction.
