Hide Members List with role permissions

hello i have a question in regards to a issue im having with new members joining my server. we advertise in quite a few areas trying to get people to join and we know there are bad apples out there but they join our server and we have it setup so they have to agree to our rules and do a introduction before they are allowed to see the rest of our server the issue is when a person joins they are still able to see every member that is on our server and they msg them directly without permission and causing them to feel uncomfortable, so my question is cant there be a feature added that the member list is not visible to certain roles like example

in permissions cant see who is in the server. and the member role when we give it to them they would be able to see it. we really need this feature to prevent bad eggs entering

Please really consider adding this feature I will post it there as in a few minutes but i been searching online about maybe a bot that could manage something like that and didn't find anything but several other posts of other people that are having the same issues i am with people joining and sending its members random messages this could include unsolicited pictures or malicious links that could hurts someone's machine or steal information. Its a privacy concern and i wanna protect the members of my server and so they know they are protected.

Just remove access to those channels once the joining process is finished.
You can do that automated by reaction roles bot for example.
You will need 2 channels for your server rules as proper members should still be able to see the rules, but thats all.

That way proper users don't appear in member list at the right for newbies as the bar only shows users with access to the channel.

Yea that works for the first 2 channels but for member introductions members and new users have to share that channel and i dont want new members to see the member list until after they made a introduction.
