Add an optionnal reason sent to profiles kicked or banned

Hi,

The idea is pretty simple. We have a bot thant we use to kick/ban people so that it sends a DM with the kick/ban reason to the kicked/banned user. But that only works if the user's DMs are open.
I think it would make sense to add a feature allowing mods (and bots through api) to specify the reason behind a kick/ban that would be sent and displayed to the user, no matter if the DMs are opened
