Make the plus button next to a category name a pop up pls

Could we have the plus button for "Create Channel" next to a category name to pop up just like the "Create Instant Invite" and "Edit Channel" do - only when one hovers over a name - instead of being visible all the time(1)? <3 Would be lovely.

(1) - the constant visibility of the button makes long category names look differently for users depending whether they can add channels or not (the "..." situation) and I believe that's not nice
