Twitch community discord server

Hello, 

I don't like to join every streamer's discord server in order to use their emotes on discord.

Discord servers of smaller streamers are usually pretty desolate, so the option to use their emotes on discord without being part of their discord server while being subscribed to their twitch channel would be great.

Another option could be allowing multiple streamers to verify themselves in the same discord server to allow the usage of their Twitch emotes for users if they are subscribed to the streamer's twitch channel and part of that "twitch community discord server"
