[API/Nitro - Propose] Increase Megabytes of Level 1 and FLAC on Level 4,also: AV1/HEVC Codec support,OpenID login and Avatar preview at Channels/Roles + EXIF

Basically proposes:
1. Increase of Level 1 from 8MB as Stock to 30MB
2. "Lossless Quality sound as FLAC" {24bit/48kHz} on to Level 4 (+ 250MB transfer for Someones - LTE Advanced {of >300Mbps}/5G now will be Recommend soon...) instead of Opus
3. AV1/HEVC codec (Windows XP) for Modern use due "pre-TLS" {Expire to January 2020} as "Windows 98 Second Edition" was use of "H.264/VP8" and doesn't have senses of stay-steps...
4. OpenID use instead of Login/Password as "Login in use of Facebook/Google" - My Favorite.

5. Avatar Channels/Roles for Preview - can be Improve Attractive of Any groups

6. EXIF Information per Every Upload

  Why do you need a flac? Opus 512 KBPS gives a very high quality

  It depends. Try encoding a sine wave from 1 Hz to 20 KHz in Opus at the highest bitrate. It's not great. At the high frequencies you will hear crap.

  Not feasible. FLAC is not meant for real-time encoding, and as a result has a high latency. High latency is very undesirable for voice chat.
