Better structure in chat conversations and channel structure

I'm thinking about replies that are listed under the comment they comment on, pretty much like facebook has it, but even better. So that people know what someone replies to without specifically needing to search through the complete thread to find a specific conversation to a topic. If they would reply to 'Max', who commented on a topic, then Max would know it because it is under his comment. 

Also, the channels could be organised much more like folders with subfolders for better content structure and shorter menus in general. Or even as a visual folder with icons or images to lay over for better visibility.

    I totally agree with that too. We'll try to get your subject as far back as possible so that your request can be taken into account! Here is an example of the functionality explained by the author.
