Server Background music player

A music player for any server just like the elevator musics. You can mute/unmute it whilst chatting with others so you don't get bored. This would be great!

    Spotify is integrated with Discord for the users that want to listen together...there are Copyright issues to consider otherwise on a business level, and frankly, when hundreds of publicly-made-and-available bots are around, ready to do most of your suggestion (even regardless of Copyright, for that matter), there's little point. One of the first things bot developers think of for Discord is 'can I get it to play music,' as evidenced in the vast array of bots that can play music.
