Changing the order of pinned
Pinned messages are often ordered based off of importance of the message in larger servers so I can be a tad annoying when you have to unpin and re-pin each message just to adjust the order to your liking when you add a new message.
It would be nice if we could drag and drop in the pins menu to change the order of pins around similar to channels.

Yeah, and if you did a mistake on a message, you should erase it and write it again entirely. Why add a modify option?

Yeah Ive specifically been looking for this feature. Our Destiny 2 Discord is growing quite large, and ive been making guides for my clan. It is really difficult having to delete and recreate pins (or posts for that matter) in our guide tabs. Especially when there are dozens that need to be in specific orders then I find something new that needs to added back to one of the first pins....

Pin and unpin isn't the point of the suggestion. The point is the current system is tedious and annoying.
Adding a simple drag and drop would make things much simpler for reordering pins that need a specific order.8 -
Bumping this and I'm really surprised it doesn't have more upvotes. Drag-and-drop pinned post management would be really nice.

Okay, bumping again. I can't believe no one else finds the lack of this option annoying. It's currently a tedious process. Does this place have moderators? Would be good to see one if them pop up to let us at least known if they plan on adding a better pinned post management system.
Don't get me wrong, I love Discord and all it's functionality... it just surprises me that this option isn't available already. Cheers everyone0 -
@ typhoon how can this be a useless feature if you want an automated system where you don't have to keep unpinning and pinning then this would be the solution and professional way to do it. I have a title that I want to keep at the top. I have about 2 million or so discord users give or take a few million and it's annoying when other moderators keep pinning useless content.
The whole pinning system is a load of rubbish because you can't have top rated content at the top. Completely defeats the object and ironically the developers know this. https://discord.gg/tNPsRcz

I want to pin in reading order, pin messages as players recap in the text channel.
That way the pinned messages can start from the top and read in chronological order to the bottom.
As it is they read in reverse which doesn't feel great. It seems like it would be a pretty "easy" implementation. From most recent, or from oldest. I am surprised this isn't a standard feature.
I imagine a player who missed a session getting confused as to where they need to start reading, or just getting turned off because it is not in an intuitive reading order.
Personally- It actually drives me crazy and feels totally backwards to have to scroll to the bottom and read each message up. lol.
Hope this can be a thing sooner rather than later.

I could see it also being super useful to drag pinned messages into whatever order you wanted, building a heirarchy of interest or importance as well as time-relevance.
I would assume this feature would only be available to admins by default.
