A notification style feed on discord home page

I am in quite a lot of servers, a few of them are work related. I would love an option to keep 1 screen open that populates my most recent pings, notifications from select channels- with the option to click and go to that channel/server. Essentially it would be a feed of your recent notifications all in one place.

    I'm all about this.  Is there a way to create a home page that shows latest notifications and links to the servers, or make it so the servers with new notifications are at the top in the side bar?  I'm in a lot of servers because of Twitch communities and it gets difficult to navigate.
