Default Notification Settings for newly joined servers

There should be a section in the user notification settings area to configure the default notification settings for all newly joined servers.  For example, I prefer to only receive by default @ message notifications, turn on mobile notifications and suppress @everyone and @here.  Any time i join a server I have to go and configure those and lord help me if I forget to do so and there aren't any @ messages on it to give me a notification, instead i have the notification sound going off like crazy if a conversation picks up.
