Server Category Customization

We all know that people with the permission to do so can edit and move channels and categories as they want in a server, there should be an ability for normal users of the server, or a given role so that everyone can move the categories around for their own preference that only affects themselves so that they can have the categories they use more at the top of the server for easier access and a more personal layout. Might also help with interactivity so that people don't miss the messages that they want to see.

    the truth this should be added, but this could be done if the server administration allows it or something like that ... that categories can be blocked so that users, That all this can monitor the server administration, If everything is like that, the truth would be super good
