Better Colabrative Server Managment

Although as a server owner you can make a role with admin permission in order to enable anyone to have admin power they cannot overite some settings (roles) that were there before they became admin as they were "locked" although this could be useful in some situations, it would be nice to have the ability to make multiple people the server owner. not only would this eliminate the need for unfamiliar people to learn how to use role but it could also allow better collaborative server management. I know that the server owner can give the ownership to someone else I don't see why multiple people cant be thee server owner at once. this future would be particularly useful in small friendship groups where everyone trusts each other but don't want one specific person to be more in control than everybody else. I have some servers where I want all members to be able to do whatever they want to the server (kinda like how any member can edit the settings in insta chats) but problems arise such as some roles (including their own) cant be remove or edited as they are locked and they must rely on one the server owner (me) to do it for them. this causes frustration and overall inconvenience.
