Feature Request: Rules Channel

Sometimes my rules are above 2000 characters, and I have to split it into two messages. Sometimes, these messages are multiple days apart as time goes on. There should be a rules channel where • It starts you off at the top, and you scroll down. • The messages have no dividers between them, so it looks like one message • and more.

    It lacks a real purpose other than to just be a rules channel... It could be used as an information channel, but then again, it would be way easier to just use a normal text channel.
