Custom Emoji restrictions

I would like to be able to restrict access of certain emoji's within my server. This is because there are people in my server who are adults and would like NSFW emoji's for specific channels, but I cannot add them because I can't restrict the minors within the same server from seeing or using these emoji's. This would also allow Patreon Discords to add further rewards for higher tiers in the discord. Tier restricted Emotes would be wonderful in those cases.

    It's currently possible with Bots I'm pretty sure.
