[Feature] Role images/icons

Some people mentioned that we could upload new icons/images and add them to our custom server roles. Or to make workaround let us use our custom server emoji. It would be really nice to make our roles more significant.

    This would be a great addition. A server I'm on is having some difficulty assigning role colors due to accessibility. We want the roles to be easily identifiable and distinct from each other, while taking colorblindness or other visual hinderance into account. Adding to the challenge is the fact that you can't assign separate colors for light/dark theme, making readability a potential issue.
