Admin permissions not working properly

I'm an admin of a server. The owner is another person. I was granted full permissions. I have a third co-admin with the exact same perms and his is completely fine. Despite that, I cannot ban, kick, manage roles, manage channels, or access the overview control panels. We have tried a separate server as a test and it works fine, my admin permission was intact. I've updated the app, reinstalled the app, logged out and logged into my account, created another account, cleared my app cache, and even restarted my phone. Nothing has worked except for the test server which means that the issue is between my account and that specific server. We've tried everything from creating a new role to removing and reinstating my roles. We've moved my role all the way to the top. Nothing works. Need help.
