How to change password when you don't remember the password?

Hi, I'm already signed into my discord account on my phone and I'm trying to activate 2 factor authentication but I completely forgot my password. I have 0 idea of what to do because I'm dumb.

    2. At the time of login there is an option of forgot password.
    3. You will receive a link on mail to reset password.
