Compromised Account

My account is compromised and I'm waiting for discord support to get back to me with any updates or that my support ticket was received. Does the support team work 24/7 or is there a backlog of tickets? I'm just trying to get a barring on when and if I can expect to get this account back. I don't really feel like losing a 4-year-old account and starting fresh.
