Upgrade Maximum Guilds

Add any way to upgrade the server limit.

(lifetime, to avoid getting ejected of servers when subscrition runs out)

    I'd buy it. My job is literally to create and maintain servers. I had to leave a lot of places what I liked just to have space for the ones I maintain. Might run out of space again though.
